Kia ora,

Had a fun show this week, as always it was a fairly mixed bag and a wee bit all over the place. Started the show of pretty chilled playing some Grizlley Bear, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes some chilled covers of otherwise unchilled songs...

This Weeks "Guest Speaker"
Kristina Gjerde studies the law of the high seas -- the 64 percent of our ocean that isn't protected by any national law at all - I played this because I thought it would be about Pirates! but no. no pirates sorry still quite interesting, shes not the best speaker/delervierrer of her speech. but good.

Thanks TED.com: link

This weeks fav tracks:
Jack Johnson - you and your heart (boys_like_us_remix)
Werewolf Bar Mitzvah (RAC Remix) - funniest song ever possibly... (see below)
Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes - Home
Born Ruffians - Retard Canard
Frank Turner - The Desperation's Gone (NoFX cover)

The premise for the Werewolf Bar Mitzvah song was a scene from the 30 Rock series (below), The RAC Remix of this is pretty good actually, maybe a bit "sweaty" and spookie but good:
